Showed up around 10:30 am, for a dryer that ran but did not produce heat. At 11:20 they came from the basement saying that they don't have the schematic that came with the dryer to help them. I told them that the schematic was on the table next to the dryer and I can get it for them. Said it wouldn't matter since they don't have the parts to fix it. They wanted their $62.50 and wanted to make another appointment for the coming days as they were really busy. I had given him the make and model of the dryer when I made the appointment. If he did not have the parts why did he make the appointment and tell me it would be no more than $130 for the repair. So if he needs to come back it is another $62.50, which makes the part $5? Just a scam to take money from people. Choose a better repair person.
